Middlesex County farmer re-elected to Farm Bureau board

Middlesex County cattle producer W. Ellis Walton of Church View was elected Dec. 1 to a third three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.



Cumberland County producer re-elected to Farm Bureau board

Cumberland County cattle, forage and forestry producer William F. “Bill” Osl Jr. of Columbia was elected Dec. 1 to a second three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors. 



Shenandoah County farmer re-elected to Farm Bureau board

Shenandoah County cattle and grain producer Peter A. Truban of Woodstock was elected Dec. 1 to a third three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.



Montgomery County farmer elected to Farm Bureau board

Montgomery County cattle and hay producer Bruce N. Stanger of Christiansburg was elected Dec. 1 to a three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors. 



Washington County farmer will represent young producers on Farm Bureau board

Washington County cattle producer Mindy McCroskey of Bristol was elected Dec. 1 to a two-year term as chairman of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers Committee.



Hundley elected to chair Farm Bureau Women’s Committee

Faye Hundley of Essex County was elected Dec. 1 to a two-year term as chairman of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Women’s Committee.



Franklin County producer re-elected Farm Bureau vice president

Franklin County farmer Scott E. Sink of Blacksburg was elected Dec. 1 to a third two-year term as vice president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation.



Goochland County farmer re-elected president of Virginia Farm Bureau Federation

Goochland County beef and grain producer Wayne F. Pryor of Hadensville was elected Dec. 1 to a sixth two-year term as president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation.



Farm Bureau honors three agriculture leaders for distinguished service

Virginia Farm Bureau Federation honored three of its longtime volunteer leaders Nov. 30 with Distinguished Service Awards.



County Farm Bureaus recognized for excellence of local programs

Farm Bureaus in the counties of Greensville, Isle of Wight, Mecklenburg, Powhatan, Rockingham, Tazewell and Wythe were recognized Nov. 30 by Virginia Farm Bureau Federation for their work in educating the public and promoting agriculture and Farm Bureau.
