Starting this month you might notice a few changes on the Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance website. We've added new account management tools and given our most popular member benefit a virtual makeover!

We know how busy you are, and one thing we don't want you to worry about is access to your member benefits. To that end, we're working on making our websites more helpful and easier to use.

Members have had the option to pay dues online for some time now. Starting this month we've made updating your contact information online easier. The next time you log in to your account, you'll be able to easily update the email address and phone number associated with your account. Just look for the “Manage Profile” link under the “Actions” menu.

One of the advantages of your Farm Bureau membership is access to Virginia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. This month our members who take advantage of this benefit will notice a new look and feel to the insurance site. Not only have we given it a re-design, we’ve also introduced new tools to help you save time and make quick updates. It’s mobile-friendly, too.

Now policyholders will be able to do the following online:

• Pay membership dues and insurance premiums 
• Update your contact information, including email preferences
• File an auto claim, including document and photo uploads
• Request quick policy updates, like adding/dropping a vehicle
• Review and print policy documents, including policy ID cards
• Contact your agent
• View your policy information 24/7
