Virginia Farm Bureau is a statewide membership organization made up of 88 individual county Farm Bureaus that are involved in their respective communities.

“County Farm Bureaus are our lifeline into communities,” said Clay Francis, Virginia Farm Bureau’s vice president of membership and field services. Francis’ department serves as a liaison between county Farm Bureaus and Virginia Farm Bureau.

“They host agricultural educational events at their county fairs, participate in food drives, volunteer with other nonprofit organizations and much more. They truly are the face of the organization and show how Farm Bureau is truly not just a Friend of the Farm—but a friend of the local community.”

Below is sampling of recent or ongoing activities organized by county Farm Bureaus. To find out what your county Farm Bureau is doing and to get involved, contact them today.
