Virginia farmers stay busy year-round growing quality food and fiber on pasture, in forests and on cropland. And for one day every year, that important work transitions from the fields to the Virginia Capitol as part of  Virginia Farm Bureau Federation’s annual Legislative Day.

With a 40% turnover of seats in the General Assembly, leaders within Virginia Farm Bureau Federation are embracing new opportunities to brief lawmakers on agricultural policy priorities at the organization’s annual Legislative Day, Jan. 29 at the Virginia Capitol.
