Roasted Radishes
This recipe was prepared by Chef Tammy Brawley on Real Virginia, Virginia Farm Bureau’s weekly television program.
Roasted Radishes
radishes, topped
olive oil
coarse ground salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 400°.
Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Wash radishes, slice them in half, and place in a bowl.
Coat with olive oil, coarse ground salt and pepper.
Place radishes on a sheet tray and roast approximately 15-20 minutes, or until radishes somewhat shrivel. Enjoy!
