2024 Annual Convention

Virginia Farm Bureau Federation honored Wayne and Pattie Pryor of Hadensville Dec. 4 with two of its highest awards during the 2024 VFBF Annual Convention in Hot Springs.

Farmer Scott E. Sink was elected Dec. 4 to a two-year term as president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation.

Pittsylvania County tobacco, beef and poultry producer Robert J. Mills Jr. of Callands was elected Dec. 4 to a two-year term as vice president of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation.

Virginia Farm Bureau Federation honored six county Farm Bureaus Dec. 4 during its 2024 VFBF Annual Convention for projects conducted in their communities in 2024.

A. Faye Hundley of Champlain in Essex County was elected Dec. 4 to a fifth two-year term as chair of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Women’s Leadership Committee.

Goochland County farmer Thomas N. Henley was elected Dec. 4 to a two-year term as chair of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers Committee.

Grayson County beef cattleman Richard L. Sutherland of Elk Creek was elected Dec. 4 to a fifth three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.

Rockbridge County beef cattle and small grain producer Russell L. Williams II of Buena Vista was elected Dec. 4 to a fourth three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.

Hanover County grain and hay producer Leigh H. Pemberton of Doswell was elected Dec. 4 to a fourth three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.

Matt T. Fimon of Brunswick County was elected Dec. 4 to a three-year term on the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation board of directors.
