Virginia Farm Bureau Federation is accepting applications for its 2022 Journalism Awards competition through Aug. 26.

The program is in its 35th year and recognizes exemplary ongoing coverage of agricultural issues, practices and events by print, radio and television news operations.

Entries should include news reported between Sept. 7, 2021, and Aug. 25, 2022. Entry forms and program guidelines are available through Farm Bureau’s online newsroom. There is no fee to participate in the program.

Winners will be recognized Nov. 29 during the opening luncheon at the 2022 VFBF Annual Convention in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Click here to read more about last year’s winners.
